This Site is provided for informational purposes and to let you learn about and book TGL Adventures' kayak rentals, campsites, geodome stays, and private events. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful code.

2. Reservations Are Separate From This Site
Browsing this Site does not create a reservation or contract. A booking is completed through FlyBook, our third-party reservation system, or by contacting us directly, and is subject to its own booking confirmation, FlyBook's own terms, and any rental agreement or waiver presented at that time or at check-in. These website Terms do not replace or modify that agreement.

3. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep pricing, availability, and property details on this Site current, but they may change without notice and are not guaranteed. The price and terms confirmed at the time you complete a booking are what apply to your reservation.

4. Intellectual Property

This Site is built on the Wix platform. The underlying Wix software, templates, and design elements remain the property of Wix.com, Ltd. and are used under Wix's own terms. The TGL Adventures name, logo, and the text, photos, and graphics specific to TGL Adventures on this Site belong to TGL Adventures or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.
