When you fill out the venue or event inquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, guest count, event type, and any details you provide. When you complete a reservation, you are taken to FlyBook, our third-party booking platform, which collects your name, contact information, payment details, and reservation details directly, see Section 3 below.

Like most websites, this Site may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, and pages viewed, through standard website analytics and cookies provided by our hosting platform, Wix.
